We have a 15 day returns policy, which means you can request a return of your item within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, labeled and in its original packaging.
You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To arrange a return, please contact us. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. No returns will be accepted without a prior return request.
Please also note that shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. MACCINI assumes no responsibility and will not issue a refund if the returned goods are not sent to our international warehouse first.
NOTE: If the reason for the return is a customer error in choosing the product, we do not guarantee a refund.
DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem with the highest priority.

EXCHANGE The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
REFUNDS We will notify you once your return has been received and processed and we will let you know within 24 hours of processing whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be transferred to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
