What is the return policy?
We offer a return guarantee within 30 days from the date of purchase. Bags must be in new, unused condition.

We have a 15 day returns policy, which means you can request a return of your item within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, labeled and in its original packaging.
You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To arrange a return, please contact us. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. No returns will be accepted without a prior return request.
Please also note that shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. MACCINI assumes no responsibility and will not issue a refund if the returned goods are not sent to our international warehouse first.
